This module is foundational to Conversational Commerce in the same way persuasion – the ability to secure support for your desired objective – is foundational to commerce. The module addresses the “they” and “we” of markets, management and motives for innovators, setting these concepts in the context of one’s individual goals to provide a practical anchor. It also draws on common commercial sector research and interpersonal skills to both establish and leverage mutual interests.
