YCF offers Conversational Commerce classes for motivated, independent individuals in most mainland capital cities throughout the year. In 2015-16, we are concentrating on Context Modules including four new topics developed in response to participant feedback – industry engagement, collaboration, uptake and commercialisation, and intellectual property. Courses are full, 8-hour days, with a thirty minute break for a provided lunch and short, catered breaks in the morning and afternoon. Numbers are limited to between 6 and 10 participants only, so we recommend reviewing the Terms and Conditions and taking action to secure your place as soon as you’re sure. We use EventBrite to manage our bookings process, which ensures you will receive first class service throughout your registration process, including event reminders and location maps. You’ll note in the Terms and Conditions that part of the registration process involves agreeing to provisions dealing with confidentiality. We take these provisions seriously – we want everyone at a YCF module to be able to participate freely in every session without worrying about letting any great ideas slip – so if you have any questions, make sure you contact us to discuss them before you commit. You can reserve a place with a 10% deposit although full payment will be required not less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the module. We only use PayPal to ensure secure handling of your personal and payment information, and to provide the flexibility of paying by direct debit or by credit card. Payments are generally non-refundable, but if minimum numbers are not reached 7 days prior to an event, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid by you. While it is not in the agreement, you should be aware that you will be asked to turn your phone to flight mode, if available, or off for the module’s duration. We’ll also ask you not to break your concentration on the day by checking in with the office.
